New build property completed in 2025, Lewis Living is a self contained apartment within our new home. Finished to a high standard, its both comfortable and contemporary. Stunning views from the two bedrooms across Broad Bay, and most of the East of the island over to Stornoway. Spectacular sunrises can be seen from the bedrooms and a large decking and seating area at the front of the house. Both bedrooms have comfort and great sleep in mind, with Emma mattresses, cooling pillows and Egyptian Cotton bedding. Fans are provided in each bedroom. Triple glazed windows and black out curtains ensure a peaceful environment, although the house is reasonably close to a main road. The super king bedroom has ensuite bathroom facilities, and the main bathroom has free standing shower and separate bath. Bedroom two is a twin room with 2 single beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped with brand new oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, seated breakfast bar, coffee percolater, air fryer, sofa and flat screen TV. The fridge will have milk, butter, jams/marmalade and a welcome pack for you to enjoy on arrival. Own keyholder access to the apartment and private parking to the rear of the property. Please note that no pets are permitted in our property. Feedback from the majority of previous guests is that they had wished they had booked to stay longer on Lewis/Harris, there is so much to see. Make sure you allow adequate time for your stay, it can take several days to fully enjoy all the island sights!

Welcome to our brand new apartment within our new build home! We both really enjoying meeting people and welcoming them to our home and island. We are both self employed - Donald working from his own garage doing vehicle spray painting and Claire being an HR consultant and transformational life coach.

Our home is situated approximately 2 miles from Stornoway, and has spectacular views over Broadbay and the East side of the island. Although it is close to all the amenities of Stornoway, its far enough out of town to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and take in the beautiful sunrises.
