We do not accommodate stag/hen parties. No children - adults only. Pet free B&B. Carpark guaranteed - 1 space per room - no need to prebook. Arrival at the carpark and check in to the room between 2-8pm. Early arrivals to the carpark - not permitted. Check out from the room and departure from the carpark the latest by 10am. Late departures - not permitted. Breakfast last 1 hour - we open at 8:30 and close at 9:30am. If you have food allergies - please inform us at the arrival or before first breakfast. We don't provide gluten free, lactose free or vegan food. Vegetable sausage available. Please don't bring take aways to the premises. We don't offer - early, late, eating at the room or packed for latter breakfast.

All rooms comes with free guaranteed car park. Arrive at the carpark between 2-8pm and check into your room. We have 7 rooms. 1st floor rooms: 1 (double with small ensuite bathroom), 2 (single room, equipped with double size bed, with small ensuite bathroom) 3 (double with standard ensuite bathroom), 4 (large double with large ensuite bathroom and bay window) 2nd floor rooms: 5 (large room with King Size bed with large ensuite bathroom) 6 (double with standard ensuite bathroom) 7 (twin - 2x single bed, large room with large ensuite bathroom)
