Lighthouse is a superbly appointed property, resting within the village of Praa Sands. This ground-floor accommodation comes with one four-poster bed and a shower room with a walk-in shower (please note, there is a step to get into the shower), basin and WC. Completing the interior is a well-equipped open-plan living room with sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. To the outside, you will find a garden area with seating and a BBQ, in addition to parking. Lighthouse is a refreshing break in Cornwall. Please note there is a slope up to the patio area.

Praa Sands is a small village resting between Helston and Marazion. It houses a mile long sandy beach which is popular for swimming and surfing. Within the village you will also find a Post Office and general stores, beach cafe with fish & chips, and a beach/surf shop. Within the surrounding area you will find Pengersick Castle and the house at Pengersick is rumoured to be the birth place of John Carter.
