Self contained studio flat in a quiet country location. 2 mins walk to the local pub and bus stop, 5 mins walk to garden centre, cafe and shop. Sole access door with stairs up to hallway and living area with king size bed, L-shaped sofa and TV area, dining area and kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Shower room and toilet across the hallway. 5 miles north of Bedford, near Twinwoods Business Park, PalmerSports, Santa Pod, Colworth Business Park, Tofte Manor
Country pub serving good food 2 minute walk. Garden centre with cafe and shop 5 minute walk. Lovely country walks and river to sit by.
