In the midst of an arable estate in heart of West Sussex, this great cottage is beautifully rural, great for biking, walking & trail running. One king bed, cycle store, parking, Internet access, Netflix, Prime, TV and DVD, Linen/Towels inc. Visit England 4star certified (as the beach is 25 minutes away, ask us about Open Water and Sea Swimming options too !)

Ann & Lawrence live and work locally. Lawrence is an avid open water swimmer, and swim coach. Ann runs and plays tennis regularly and keeps bees. Holiday Cottage is adjacent to owner property. Shared driveway, but plenty of parking space. Arrangements for key pick-up can be made locally. Happy to provide suggestions and ideas locally.

Partridge Green village is a mile from the cottage, with local Co-Op open all hours, plus a few pubs, chip shop, butchers and hairdressers. More facilities within 5 miles at Henfield or Steyning, or 24 hour facilities in Horsham, plus the bright lights of the city of Brighton and Hove around 30 minutes drive away. Plenty of internationally recognised gardens closeby and the Sussex coast providing water sports.
