The living space consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer, a living/dining room with TV, electric fire and dining seating for two and a conservatory snug. There is a double bedroom serviced by a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Outside there is a shared non-enclosed garden and private non-enclosed patio and lawn with furniture. Within 3.9 miles or less you will find a shop and a pub and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. Letterston is a village scattered each side of the main road from Haverfordwest to Fishguard with two pubs, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a petrol station with general store, a newsagents, a butcher and a Post Office. With no actual centre these amenities are scattered along the main road and down side roads which makes this a very interesting village.
