This stylish & comfortable place to stay is perfect for a small group or family trips. Recently refurbished with 2 living rooms, 3 Bedrooms, Kitchen Diner, 2 Bathrooms and stunning decked area for alfresco dining with views to the south of the city. Close to the cathedral quarter (10-12 mins walk), the city centre (15 mins walk) & next to the beautiful arboretum. The house is pet friendly with many good walks to be found close by. A perfect house to enjoy quality time with family and friends, with a hot tub to soak in after long day exploring the beautiful historic city of Lincoln. Ample space both inside and out to kick back relax and uniwnd. Located in a quiet residential area close to the city centre. Giving you the space you need as well as being the perfect base to explore Lincoln and the surrounding areas. On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited

A quiet residential area within easy walking distance to the historic centre of Lincoln. A great park on its door step. Great transport links, local buses and easy access to the city ring road. Shops, Bars and Takeaways all close by.
