The property is a self-contained bungalow adjoining the main house.It comprises of 2double bedrooms and a lounge with dining table and sofa bed that converts to a large double bed. There is a large modern bathroom with a walk in shower.The fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, kettle,toaster, washing machine/dryer,oven and hob and dishwasher) has a breakfast bar but no dining room. Free wi- fi.Parking is spacious and free.Garden views. There is also a full size snooker table.There is a tennis court which includes equipment,an indoor heated pool which is for your exclusive use and a spacious outdoor area with barbeque and huge umbrella , table and chairs with cushions

We are situated in the countryside away from any noise or neighbours ( other than us),next to a golf course.
