Welcome In Lut's Place! We offer you a great experience in our 300 year old beautifully renovated farm house! For a romantic weekend away, a short break or a longer stay it is the perfect place to unwind. In the house we kept old features as beams and fireplaces but we gave the whole house a fresh light modern look in natural colours. The rooms are spacious and all have their own character. Showers are very good quality. The beds are well dressed, fresh linen in summer, cosy warm flannel in winter. You celebrate the day with a delicious breakfast (continental-English-vegetarian-veganistic, (please ask in case of dietry needs) in our kitchen-dining paradise. The cosy guests room with roaring fire in the winter invites you to relax with a book, a board game, TV, DVD or even colouring a book. You can enjoy our huge garden watching wildlife, relax in the friendly court yard, ... Feel free to pick a pair of my wellies collection to go for a walk in the country side, ...

We are in the countryside surrounded by our horse paddocks and DIY yard in a hamlet of North Hykeham. Lut's Place is the perfect place to unwind and relax and being pampered. You can start a few walks from the doorstep. We are surrounded by pretty villages as Doddington with his stately home, gardens, events, beautiful shops, walking, cycling, nice workshops...Having the best of both worlds we also only 15 min away from the historical city of Lincoln. Lincoln is a booming university city with it's imposing cathedral, recently renovated castle, shopping area's, restaurants, musea....something for everybody!! The whole year round there's lots to discover and experience from markets (biggest European Christmas market), festivals(biggest European Steampunk, Lost village), bike races... The other side we're only 8 miles away from the market town Newark which is well known for the biggest European antique market four times a year, lots of antique shops... More stately homes and gardens in about 1h.
