Two rooms are available for short term accommodation in this well-appointed private house with one owner-occupier host. The bathroom is shared, not en suite. The house is kept spotlessly clean and tidy throughout, with all the facilities and amenities you could expect. CHECK IN is available anytime between 14:00 and 23:00. Please just send me a message in advance stating your preference, I can accommodate it. CHECK OUT is by 09:00 Mon-Fri and by 10.00 Sat & Sun. Each guest is provided with a towel. Guests are most welcome to use the kitchen. Tea and coffee is provided, and you can store food in the fridge. Please note that the following house rules apply to all bookings: - No booking on behalf of other people is permitted. Only the person named on the booking will be granted entry. - ORIGINAL PHOTO ID for all guests will be required on arrival, please have it ready. NO ID = NO ENTRY - Guests cannot bring anyone else into the house, even for a short time. - The luggage limit is one large suitcase plus one bag per person.

I've hosted guests in my house for eight years and I think I've probably had 700-800 guests in that time. I work from home, so I'm almost always around if you need me. I've lived in Nottingham for over 30 years so I know the city and area well.

This is a residential area, with supermarkets close by and frequent buses into the city centre.
