This lovely house on the waterfront is a great base for a family holiday, walk to local beach and pub with great food. It has a balcony off the lounge and a large terrace off the dining kitchen, fabulous spots to sit and watch the boats. There is a smart TV with DVD player in the lounge and further TVs in three of the bedrooms. Three ensuite bedrooms plus a ground floor bedroom with access to a downstairs WC and washbasin and a further double bedroom upstairs. Car parking for two cars. Moorings available. Please note bookings for families and older groups of adults.

My husband and I bought this house in a lovely part of England as it is near to where our daughter lives. we rent it out when we are not using it. Mount Batten is a lovely peninsula just across the water from Plymouth by water bus. From Plymouth ferries can be caught to Cornwall and other surrounding areas for an interesting day out, no car needed! Help is available from my daughter who lives nearby in case of any problems

There is a gastro pub less than 5 minute walk from the house. The house is on the South West Coastal Path with a beach just outside the Marina, a 5 minute walk. The boats can be viewed from the house and there is always something to watch. There is small ferry that connects the area to the City center and also a bus. Cornwall is also linked by the ferries. It is a lovely little peninsular with pleasant walks and a few pubs serving food nearby.
