This property has an open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, dining seating for six and a sitting area with Smart TV and fire. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, along with a shower room and cloakroom. Outside, there is a large terrace garden with slopes and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, no smoking allowed. Within 0.3 miles there is a shop and within 0.4 miles, a pub. Marroy makes a splendid base for explore the coast of Devon. Please note: There is a steep slope in the garden. Please note the garden is not fully secure.

Further away is the National Trust property Overbeck's, where you can stroll through the subtropical gardens.
