Miners Cottage is a delightful, Grade II listed, stone-built, end of terrace cottage in the very heart of Middleton-in-Teesdale, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and just 10 miles from Barnard Castle and can sleep four people. The cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a ground floor shower room, a first floor bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside there is an off road parking space for one car at the rear of the property, ample roadside parking to the front of the property and a spacious, lawned front and side garden with furniture and a barbecue. Miners Cottage is a lovely base for your self-catering holiday. 7 night bookings to be made from Friday-Friday

The pretty Pennine village of Middleton-In-Teesdale lies in the heart of Teesdale, perched on the riverbank in the beautiful Tees Valley. Situated in an 'Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty', this is a well-served little settlement and offers a good range of shops, pubs and places to eat. For more specialist amenities, the market town of Barnard Castle is within easy driving distance and provides everything a visitor could possibly need. The surrounding countryside is full of excellent walking opportunities through high, open moorland and pretty wooded valleys. Nearby are the waterfalls of High Force and Cauldron Snout, which are often considered to be amongst the most spectacular sights in the district.
