Newly built, Five minutes from the A1 and Bawtry, only 20 minutes to the M18. Doncaster City, the train station and the very popular Yorkshire Wildlife Park are all only a 20 minute drive. Lots of local amenities on the doorstep including supermarkets, leisure centre, local shops and cafe. This newly built semi deacthed house has three bedrooms, ensuite to the master and a family bathroom and downstairs WC. There is private parking for two vehicles on a very quiet side street.
