Inside, the hut features a comfortable double bed, central heating, kitchenette, dining area and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Free WiFi is available throughout your stay. Outside, guests can enjoy their own seating area overlooking the surrounding fields and lakes — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply soaking up the fresh country air. The covered barn setting also allows outdoor seating even during wetter weather. Guests are welcome to enjoy coarse fishing on the farm lakes, while Dartmoor National Park is within easy reach for walking, cycling and sightseeing. The beautiful beaches of North Cornwall, including Bude and Widemouth Bay, are also an easy drive away. Two local pubs are nearby, and there are plenty of opportunities to explore charming villages, farm shops, coastal walks and Devon countryside during your stay. Private parking is available next to the hut and electric vehicle charging may also be available by arrangement.

Two local Pubs selling excellent homely food , Roadford Lake is only 10 minutes away with an excellent cafe. Dartmoor is just 20 minutes away and the towns of Hollsworthy and Okehampton are both 20 minutes away with the nearest shop being in Halwill Junction. Excellent beaches at Bude and Widemouth with the later being dog freindly throughout the year .
