Welcome to Northlands Coach House Devon. This beautiful detached property is located on a 1.2 acre gated residential plot in the stunning village of Brixton Devon. It is situated 4.5 miles from Plymouth and is within 3 miles of multiple stunning beaches and coastal paths. Northlands Coach House has space available for 2 cars to park safely on the private gated drive, in front of the Coach House. The plot is very tranquil, so is perfect for a relaxing get away. Northlands Coach House has been brand newly renovated in July 2025 with brand new furniture throughout, brand new air conditioning installed (for cooling and heating) and has been fully painted and decorated throughout, with new home furnishings too. The Coach House has a lounge/diner with stunning uninterrupted countryside views, a kitchen and a new Smart TV so that you can log on to your Netflix account and free Wifi. The Coach House outdoor space is a courtyard directly outside the front door which is completely private with seating to enjoy the sunshine. The Coach House is able to sleep 4 adults (or 2 adults and up to 3 children). However it is not baby/toddler friendly due to steep stairs to access property.
