Only 10 to 15 mins walk to Nottingham Castle and the City Centre. Situated in the charming, leafy Park estate in a historical part of Nottingham, a uniquely quiet oasis but with the convenience of the city. This large 5 bedroom house has all the modern home comforts. After a day out, enjoy your evening meal in the modern kitchen diner, then relax in the spacious lounge or in the very private garden and enjoy the bird songs in this conservation area. This is a large modern house with all the amenities. The kitchen diner is well equipped with double oven range cooker, dishwasher, TV and table that can sit up to 8. Big lounge with 2 large sofas, chaise lounge sofa and 50" TV. There is a double bedroom with a walk in dressing room, TV and en suite. Bedroom 2 with single bed and en suite is an inclusive bedroom, suitable for guests with wheelchair. The bed is a profiling bed with ceiling track hoists in the bedroom and in the en suite, with walk in/ roll in shower and changing/ shower bench. Bedroom 3 , 4 and 5 all have single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. Utility room with washer machine and tumble dryer. Free street parking available.
The private Park estate is noted for its Victorian architecture. In the evenings, the street lamps are still entirely lit by gas.
