Old Station Apartments is a modern 2nd Fl Apartment located just off Station Road within the new Station Yard development of just 8 Apartments on the Old Histon Railway Station site which was completed in 2021. The apartment comprises of an Entrance Hall leading to an open plan Lounge, Kitchen & Dining area along with a separate double bedroom & Bathroom. The apartment also has an East facing private terrace balcony accessed from the open plan area. The kitchen area is of a modern contemporary design and fully equipped incorporating integrated Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Oven, Hob & Washing Machine. The Bathroom comprises of a stylish combined Shower/Bath, heated towel rail, Basin & WC. Gas central heating throughout apartment via combi-boiler. Free allocated covered guest parking is available at ground floor level. Free Wi-Fi throughout Apartment.
