Our spacious Victorian home is situated in the historic town of Caernarfon with views over the Menai Strait. The large open-plan kitchen-living area is ideal for spending quality time with friends and family while cooking up a storm. Relax in front of the wood burner or soak your aching muscles in the roll top bath after an exhilarating day hiking up Snowdon or exploring the famous Castle which is just a short walk away. This recently renovated Victorian property boasts original character with a modern twist. On each of the three stories you have a sneak peak of the Menai Strait and Anglesey. The enclosed garden to the front and the side of the property is a lovely space. The sun rises to the front of the house and sets over the Menai Strait and Anglesey which is looking down the end of the garden to the side of the house which means it's in the sun all day long. We have hedges and trees bordering the garden so it feels quite private. All five bedrooms have unique Victorian fireplaces, a seating area to relax and admire the interesting artwork of the local area and high-quality bed linen to help make for a great night's sleep.

We love being able to rent out our house during the school holidays so others can enjoy our home and the beautiful area it's situated in. For most of the year we live on the ground floor of Pantycelyn and rent out individual rooms on Airbnb. When we're not busy with change overs we love being outdoors, at the beach, up the mountains or adventuring around one of the local castles.

Apart from being so close to Snowdon, Caernarfon has many attractions including Caernarfon Castle, the Welsh Highland Railway, (you can hop on the train in Dinas , 5 minutes away), The Wales Coast Path, The Galeri, which has films, shows, art exhibitions and a cafe. There are a number of local restaurants including Ostaria - Italian, The Castle - Pub Food and The Black Boy for its big portions and Ales.
