For all pre-paid reservations, guests will need to provide a credit card for pre-authorsation at check in.

For 'room-only' bookings, the hotel will pre-authorise the card used for booking for up to the first night’s stay from 2 days prior to arrival. This is a temporary deposit for any incidentals such as damages, or smoking/ storing or smoking marijuana. Full payment of the your reservation is due at check-in.

Non-refundable bookings are charged at the time of booking without the card holder present.

Company bookings must also supply written authorisation in order for the company card to be charged before check in (when the card holder is not present).

Please note that bookings of 4 rooms or more by the same person will be considered a group booking, and different conditions and policies may apply. Part or full payment may be required before check in.

The Adjoining Restaurant ‘STONEHOUSE PIZZA & CARVERY’ (separate business) is open for Breakfast, meals, drinks all day from 9am to 10/11pm (last orders for food/ drinks and closing times may vary, speak to the restaurant staff directly).
