There is also a kitchen and a living with woodburning stove and a dining room in the converted annexe. To the outside is an enclosed lawn and terrace with furniture and barbecue, plus off-road parking for two cars. Pencoys is a fabulous base for a family retreat to Cornwall. Note: In the converted annexe, there is one step down into the space, and then one step up to the bedroom and shower room.
