Welcome to the Perfect Getaway 2 in Middlesbrough, as like the other property this one has been done up to an excellent standard, it is absolutely stunning inside after having a renovation that has seen the whole house taken back to the brick. Again, as with the other property, this one boasts some additional extras, including a separate utility and downstairs toilet room. A massive walk-in shower in the main bathroom, it also boasts great decoration and has such a homely feel to it. The downstairs has Karndean flooring throughout, making it easily cleanable as well. You don't get much better than this in middlesbrough, it is in a quiet area, set back off the main road, has nice neighbours, and has great access to the main roads in and out of the town, plenty of shopping places within 5/10 minute drive, plenty of nice places to eat and is only a 10 minute drive from the train station and is also only a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the Riverside Stadium should you be down to watch the football. We have a 9.9 star rating on our other perfect Getaway and we are certain this one can receive the same rating, also rated a 4* property which again is amazing considering their isn't many about in this area. I am no longer so new to hosting and have tweaked a lot of nice touches on this property to make your stay even more smooth, even small things like plug sockets near beds, and wall hung bedside lights, Smart TVs in every room this house literally has everything you need. I enjoy hosting, and I look forward to giving people somewhere lovely to stay, no matter what the reason for their booking. To add to this i always make sure my homes are kept in top quality condition, you can be sure if there was any issues they would be fixed immediately! Guest safety is paramount to myself and my team and as such we have installed the most vigourous safety measures. Although we hope youll never need them but as a precaution we have installed smoke alarms in passage, landing and kitchen, we have supplied a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detectors as well as thumb turn locks on the front and back doors in the event of a fire and fully opening upstairs windows, if there is one thing i can guaruntee its a safe stay with us.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and as for this property it is set back from the main road and is nice and snug in the corner so I can see this house being ideal for a lot of people, parking is also available in the layby directly out the front of the property, the house is also not overlooked as behind is the school field so it's even more peaceful than most houses on this specific road.
