Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located beautiful modern single storey home. Recently refurbished to a high standard for everyone to enjoy. Situated in the historic market town of Framlingham, it offers the perfect location to explore the restaurants, pubs, shops and historic buildings, all within 10 minutes walk. The Suffolk coast is only a 20 minute drive, together with fantastic access to RSPB reserves, animal parks, historic castles and National Trust properties. 5 star reviews on other websites. PLEASE NOTE: Second bedroom has a small double (3/4) NOT a standard double bed. PLEASE NOTE: No electric bikes are to be charges in the house. The house insurance policy does not cover them. PLEASE NOTE: No bikes are to be brought into the house. If you need a cover for them, please ask in advance. The garden is locked and secure.

Hi I would be really pleased to host you at No. 8. I have worked very hard to create a home from home atmosphere. It is an immaculate bungalow with all you need to have a wonderful holiday. I am a super host on other websites and have all 5 star reviews. It really is an absolute gem. The property is in a quite area, not overlooked from any aspect but very accessible to Framlingham town center, a 10 minute walk to all the amenities. Come and visit and enjoy superb accommodation in a beautiful town.

Lovely peaceful location. The property is not overlooked from any aspect. Parking for two cars. 10 minute walk to the center of the town. Please do not park a car in the turning space directly in front of the property. Parking for two cars, one behind the other in front of the garage.
