Quirky place close to the old market town centre and bars and restaurants only a few minutes walk. It was an old school classroom in the 60s, then an Auction house, before being remodelled to separate dwellings. Spread over two floors, it has two bedrooms, a new shower bathroom, a downstairs toilet and separate hall and own front door. Also on the ground floor is a spacious open plan kitchen lounge diner. Close by is Mercedes and Silverstone circuit.

I am a people person. I love to go out and my best things in life are red wine and craft beers, dark chocolate, healthy food and cool music. I like to spend all my spare time with my family doing all the above things! I have a passion for property, interior design, exercise, football and cleaning.

Quiet but just off the beaten track! Two free off road parking spaces (one behind each other in middle space). Walk to all amenities.
