Rainbow House is an 18th-century converted barn situated in stunning private surroundings and situated near the heart of the lovely market town of Lutterworth. The property has over 90sqm of floor space and includes: Kitchen/Seating Area The fully equipped kitchen has built-in appliances – electric oven & grill, induction hob, and a fridge freezer. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, along with various crockery, cutlery and other cooking utensils for your use. The Snug features a 2-seater settee with a smart TV and various books for your choosing. There is also a shower room/bathroom to the ground floor. The Upper Floor/En-suite Bedroom is a spacious 50sqm with king size bed and two seating areas. The area also has a log burner and a Smart TV.
The property is located on one of the oldest streets in the market town of Lutterworth and leads directly up to the local church and the town centre. Parking is available outside the property for unloading only. Local parking is included with your stay and is situated a 1-minute walk away on a private, locked car park, located on Bank Street. Key-fob/permits can be collected upon your arrival. Local amenities include: - 2-minutes walk from the town centre with lots of local shops including cafes, vintage furniture & goodies, a selection of butchers and every Thursday the town market. - 1-minute walk to the church - 2-minutes walk from the cricket ground. - 2-minutes walk to the local pubs - 2 - minutes walk to a great selection local restaurants including Thai, Chinese, Indian, and locally sourced British menus.
