Owned by Kallie and Wayde Rogerson , Reayrt Ny Marrey is a delightful small self catering annex in the heart of Kirk Michael Village. It is situated on the famous TT course and it boasts spectacular views of the TT. However, we are sorry but NO BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE on this site for the TT WITHOUT SPEAKING DIRECTLY WITH THE HOSTS. The TT dates are always the last week in May and the first week in June. Also, please be aware from 2025 parking on the forecourt HAS TO BE DISCUSSED WITH THE OWNERS BEFORE ARRIVAL. Outside these events, the annex is nestled within a beautiful conservation area.. However, it is not a QUIET PLACE AND THE ROAD IS VERY BUSY. Just 5 minutes from the sea and not far from a quick/long hike up the nearby hills. Please note that the property is NOT suitable for dogs so please do not bring your pooch without speaking to the owners. This is because of the busy road. The annex has 1 bedroom with En-Suite walk-in shower and close closet toilet. We do have a sofa bed that can accommodate a small child via permission from the owners. The property is not suitable for Toddlers under 5. Downstairs is open plan and has a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful terraced garden at the back with a quirky built in brick BBQ and outside WC which makes eating and entertaining alfresco all the more convenient during the summer months.
We can assist in providing literature on nearby sports activities or general literature on eatery’s . Guests receive a Manx welcome pack upon arrival to get them started. WIFI is standard , not Fibre. Smart TV’s upstairs and downstairs with Netflix and Prime subscriptions included. We really don’t intrude and respect your privacy.
Situated in the centre of the village, there is a chemist, Garage incorporating a PO & Grocers. There is a cafe, hairdresser/beauty room and a pub which serves meals twice a day from Wednesday through to Sunday. There are many cycling routes nearby and routes are sign posted. Fishing is possible from the nearby beach or from other coastal areas around the Island. There are countless walking routes and two glens to explore and there is a good Bus service every 30 minutes to the nearby towns of Peel, Ramsey or Douglas. It is advisable to check out the Bus Vannin explorer tickets during your stay as they are good value and will help take the strain out of driving should you wish to have a alcoholic beverage at the places you visit. The Airport is situated in the south of the island in Castletown and it’s easy to get to and from here by Bus or Taxi.
