In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is 2 miles from Cambridge centre. This country house offers free Wi-Fi, paid parking, and a paid seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from June until September. Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. Rooms are located in the House or in the adjacent Chalet. Please note: Dogs are welcome at a cost of £25 per dog per stay. This must be requested in advance by emailing the property directly for approval. We do not serve food. Neither breakfast nor other meals are included in the room price. Good meals are provided at local pubs: The Plough, Coton; Three Horseshoes, Madingley; The Astronomer, Eddington. Just a 5 minute drive from Cambridge’s scenic College Backs, the Rectory is 2 miles from Castle Hill and Kettle’s Yard art gallery. The Grand Arcade shopping centre is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can take a Park and Ride bus service or walk on a footpath to the City Centre. We do provide travel cots on request before booking and subject to availability; this is an additional charge of £10.

A warm welcome to Rectory Farm. We seek to provide the very best value for money at an affordable rate. We take pride in our very competitive room rates and work hard to provide a clean, warm room where you can relax and unwind. We are not a “Bells and Whistles” hotel but we are surrounded by outstanding gardens and fields which you are most welcome to walk in and enjoy. As we strive to keep our rates extremely competitive we have made some changes to our bathrooms. We only provide a small bar of soap and one large towel per person. This is also a tiny contribution to saving and conserving our planet so that the world we live in becomes a better safer place. In 50 acres of grounds, Rectory Farm is 2 miles from Cambridge centre. This country house offers free Wi-Fi, parking for a small charge, and a seasonal outdoor swimming pool open from June until September. This pool is available to our guests only and can be enjoyed for a small charge. Set in a grand period building, the elegant bedrooms each have a private modern bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Rooms also feature a TV and hairdryer, and all have scenic countryside views. We are a pet friendly hotel if you would like to bring your dog please call reception in regards to charges and to book a chalet double room only.
