Residence One, a Grade II listed building, is located within the historic Royal William Yard in the ocean city of Plymouth. The building was once home to a Royal Navy Admiral and has been restored by Bistrot Pierre as a boutique B&B accommodations, full of period features. There are 14 individually styled bedrooms with attached bathroom with complimentary breakfast, parking and WiFi. Located just across the green from the hotel is the restaurant where you can enjoy French bistro cuisine, barista coffee and an extensive wine and cocktail menu served throughout the day. Guests can also relax on the sun terrace overlooking the green. Parking is free of charge. Please visit the restaurant upon your arrival for a parking pass upon your arrival that will be valid throughout your stay. The city center of Plymouth is just 1.2 mi from the property and the famous Plymouth Hoe only 1.9 mi away.
