Rose Cottage is an early 20th Century 'labourers cottage' located only 12 minutes walk from the award winning Moira village and next to the Junction9, M1 Motorway where all the beauty spots of Ulster can be easily reached within a short drive. The area offers a private cul-de-sac with parking to te side and front and mature gardens. Adjacent to local bustop (Ballycanal cottages) which offers public services (Belfast to Portadown). Moira railway station in close proximity, which is on the Belfast - Dublin line. 20 miles by car to Belfast (16 minutes by train). North Coast 45 minute journey and just under two hours to Dublin by car and approximately 2 hours by train. Upstairs individually furnished with sleigh bed in Kingsize room and mahogany furniture. Bed linen created by celebrity interior designer Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen.
Quiet cul-de-sac. Large gardens with seating and outdoor dining facilities. BBQ provided. Moira offers great cafes, shops, restaurants and two pubs. Beautiful park within walking distance. Moira is a Georgian village which offers many period buildings containing features of the era including glazed fan arches on doorways and sash windows.
