An apartment with a country view with deer and otter sightings. Property is a private apartment connected to a family home with private parking, on site 7Kw EV Charger (charges apply)and a shared garden that you are welcome to use. A private open patio has a gas bbq and seating area. Apartment has a lounge with wood burner and a basket of logs, bifold doors, games and a large tv. Bedroom with super king size bed and kitchenette that has a microwave/grill/oven, 2 burner hob, fridge, toaster, kettle also an en suite shower room to bedroom. It is a midway point on the Boudicca Walk and only 3.2 miles from Dunston Hall.

Hosts are situated in attached cottage and are happy to help with any advice on using the facility or with sourcing items.

A small village shop is in walking distance to the apartment. Newton Flotman is an ideal base for visits to Norwich and South Norfolk and is only 35- 40 mins drive to the coast.
