Architecturally striking and unusual, Sans, Souci. ('without care or worries') is of oak-framed and cob construction. Set in private garden with its own access.and ample free on-site parking. There is a large lounge/diner plus a well-fitted separate kitchen. There is a private entrance lobby. The property has 2 en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom can be converted from a double to a twin bedded room upon request. There is an additional downstairs lavatory.

Now semi-retired; love gardening, nature, music, reading, travel and meeting people. Six British Shorthair cats. Chickens too.

Idyllically rural setting in quiet countryside location, convenient for Lincoln, Horncastle, Louth, Market Rasen, the Wolds AONB and all the Lincolnshire east coast resorts. Cadwell Park is 15 minutes away. There are many Wedding Venues locally.
