Take it easy at this unique and tranquil spacious top floor apartment in the popular seaside town of Newcastle Co. Down at the foot of the Mourne Mountains. Easy walking distance into the town / promenade, or choose the nearby trails to the Mourne Mountains or Tollymore Forest Park. Within walking distance to the world famous Royal County Down Golf Course, which hosts the Irish Open Championship. No children or infants permitted as unsuitable. No pets.

I spent my childhood in Newcastle and surrounding areas. Quiet residential neighbourhood - no parties or events permitted. Professionally maintained garden areas to sunbathe and small wooded area to have a picnic or to kick a football. Safe parking is available outside the apartment. Easy walking distance into the town centre, the central promenade, and nearby trails to the Mourne Mountains. Or take the nearby Tollymore Middle Road to the front gates of Tollymore Forest Park 🌳.
