Welcome to Sea View B & B. We are located on the quiet East side on Yell in Aywick, situated next door to Aywick shop. We are listed as Ulsta on this site, which is the nearest ferry terminal. Please bear this is mind when locating us. We offer an escape to nature and peace and quiet in a small, cosy bed and breakfast with a stunning sea view. All rooms are en suite and we offer an added bonus of a shared lounge for guests. The lounge offers comfortable seating, tv, dining area and basic meal preparation facilities. This includes a microwave, fridge, kettle and crockery. Whilst this is not a fully functional kitchen as we are a bed and breakfast it allows you to prepare an evening meal if you wish. Yell has very limited eating out facilities, please check their social media for opening times. We offer a choice of a full cooked breakfast which can be a vegetarian option, or scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or cereals and toast, included in the price. We present our rooms with a single and double bed, fire stick tv and private en suite bathroom. The rooms are either a sea view or rural view.
