A cosy self-contained garage conversion, that has it own private parking and back garden. The comfortable bedroom looks out onto the pretty garden with easy access to the outside, with is a nice place to relax. The sitting room is bright and spacious, looking out onto the quiet close. The bathroom is modern and a decent size, whist the kitchen is well stocked, with its own small seating area.

I studied hospitality management at university but spent the majority of my career within the horse-racing industry. The flat has been recently converted and I enjoy making sure sure guests enjoy their stay.

The flat is situated in a quiet close of just six houses on the edge of Cambridge. There is direct bus access to the city, Addenbrokes hospital and the main Cambridge train station. It has good road access to London and the North, as well as being conveniently situated for the growing West Cambridge University site.
