Shear Annexe Flat is set in a south facing,lovely,quiet ,detached property, set in wonderful pleasant mature gardens front and rear situated at the end of a cul de sac for total relaxation .There are 2 lovely parks 10 minutes walking , with free tennis court, outdoor fitness equipment , and great for jogging or a stroll . The position is great , is easy to get to the M11 , A 14, and A11 and close enough to the town center and UNI ( 15 minutes by bike) or easy access via bus(bus stop 100 metre away) or a 40 minutes walk, but it s far enough away for a quiet, pleasant ,restful stay.
It is situated in a very safe area, with bus stop 300 yards away .Within a five minute walk there is pub/ restaurants , a supermarket, asian mini market ,coffee shop, fish and chips,hairdresser and Farmacy. It is very close to Addenbrooks hospital for family visiting patients and as well to Arms company which is at the heart of the world’s most advanced digital products.
