Spacious and modern annex across two floors, Ideal space to rest up/ study or just relax with privacy & Parking (large drive). En-suite bathroom, double bed, sofa bed. WiFi, 50” Smart TV with Netflix’s..A well equipped Kitchenette with a microwave & plug in hob. The property has a very large garden and a play centre. The annex has a pool table , which guests love to use.Very close to Gatwick Airport ideal for early flights or layovers. Also very close to industrial estate so ideal for pilot training and exams. Fantastic pub across the road that has great reviews for food. London and Brighton easily access by train (30mins).
