Studio 33 is a recently built extension to our main home, with its own private entrance adjacent to main house. A modern light studio with everything needed for a short or long stay. Our focus is on comfort and quality starting with the king size bed and deluxe mattress all dressed in Egyptian cotton with super soft pillows. You will also appreciate our custom designed kitchen and dining facilities. At the rear you will find the en-suite shower room with heated floor and shaver point.
We both love meeting new people and are happy to share our local knowledge with our guests. We are close by if you need any assistance. After living in Chichester for over 30 years we know a thing or two!
We are a 15 minute pleasant walk from Chichester centre a 5 minute stroll to the top of Chichester harbour where you can walk the harbour side trails and enjoy the abundance of wild life. We have two great foodie pubs 5 minute walk away. The famous Fishbourne Roman Palace again only a 5 minute stroll. In town there are several amazing restaurants and bars to choose from and plenty of culture in the form of Chichester Festival Theatre and of course Chichester Cathedral. Goodwood Motor Racing Circuit is 3.9 mile 9 minute drive ( according to Google maps ) In short you will enjoy the benefits of being very close to the city whilst staying in the quiet back water Fishbourne.
