The flat is attached to our house, with own front door, there are a flight of steps internally to reach it, large space with a king sized bed & own bathroom.
The kitchen has fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric griddle pan.
TV Netflix, Wi-Fi 30mb. desk and workspace.
Parking is private and located next to the entrance door and 16A charging available. Garaging by agreement.
The property is conveniently located for Nottingham University, Queens Medical centre and central Nottingham

It is in a quiet residential area of large detached properties close to public transport. There are five local takeaways within 500 m that you can walk to for food and a couple of pubs.
There is a private parking space next to the annex, if you have more than one car just park in front of the other in tandem. The property is conveniently located for Nottingham University, Queens Medical centre and central Nottingham. East Midlands Airport is only 20 minutes drive.
