The property is set in a beautiful location, half way between the pretty harbour side village of Lympstone and the seaside town of Exmouth (both approximately 1 mile away). We are very close to the exe estuary, scenic walks and the cycle path is close by. You will be staying in a cosy annexe, although attached to our home, it has its own entrance, parking and private garden. The accommodation is simple, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a double bed and attached bathroom. Although there is no kitchen, there is a full size fridge with toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The property is located on a hotel estate. Please note that we are not connected with the hotel and our guests do not have access to their facilities.

Devon is a great county to explore, especially if you enjoy the countryside and coast. My favourite place for swimming is at the quiet resort of Budleigh Salterton, or a walk down to the remote beach at Weston, near Sidmouth. Nearby Topsham is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. The open air swimming pool is ideal when the sea is too rough. The Cathedral city of Exeter is also an interesting place to visit (7 miles away). The local train line stops at Lympstone village and connects to all main stations. We are approximately 1 mile from the nearest bus stop.
