I have lived and farmed at Warleigh Barton for 25 years. Gradually diversifying the core business here which is growing crops alongside some beef cattle and a few sheep. I have two children in their twenties who come and go. I try to ride my two horses whenever I can and get out on the estuary in the boat in good weather. I have 3 dogs and usually a few guest dogs staying with the occasional litter of puppies! I will greet you when you arrive, and will be around, coming and going a lot of the time, but you will have privacy and autonomy in the annex.

We are situated next to the Tavy Estauary and our nearest village is Tamerton Foliot which is 1.5 miles away. There are stunning views over the estuary from one side of the farm and fantastic walks for you to explore across the farm. (Please enquire.) There is a bus to to Plymouth from Tamerton Foliot. We are 15 minutes from Plymouth city centre by car. Less than 10 minutes from Derriford Hospital. The local village (10 - 15 mins walk) is Tamerton Foliot. A38 Devon link road is only 10 mins away and getting to Cornwall is an easy drive. Beautiful Whitsand bay is 40 mins via the Torpoint ferry. Fowey and the Eden Project is an hour away and a day trip to any of the Cornish beaches is a fun activity. Dartmoor national park is very close by and you can drive to Princetown within 20 minutes.
