Unique modern luxury modern apartment in the heart of Belfast. Prime location with some of the city's best pubs, coffee shops and tourist attractions all within walking distance. (10mins) The Apartment is brand new, furnished to a very high standard. It has a bright and very spacious main bed room. We have excellent WIFI and a smart TV with Netflix,Prime, IPlayer etc. Guest access. All instructions will be given 24 hours before you arrive. The lock box is a very simple process. Colm the owner will help you every step of the way. Any other questions fire me a message or if you just want any recommdations on food, coffee and the hidden gems in our wee city, I am more than happy to help. Thanks and welcome to Belfast. Colm
Our apartment is located in a great area of the city. It is in Queens Quarter in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk. If you are coming from the south, we are easily accessible from the M1 so you don't have to worry about traffic. We are located a 10 minute walk from Queens University and a 5 minute walk from the City Hospital. Just 10 minutes walk to the large Great Victoria Street Train/Bus station and 2 minutes walk from City Hospital Train Station.
