We are pleased to offer you a unique one bed newly converted self-contained studio house which has been thoughtfully crafted by an interior designer, blending modern design with luxury & comfort in a convenient location. The studio is an extremely well equipped and a perfectly formed unique 'Tiny' house which is all open plan with a double height ceiling creating a fabulous bright and modern space. The mezzanine bedroom is open plan to the downstairs, please note the stairs up to the mezzanine are steep and narrow, there is a handrail each side but they are not suitable for all. Whether you're here for a relaxing break or an adventurous escape, our stunning studio is fully equipped with everything you'll need. If you opt to stay in and relax you will find a fully fitted kitchen ready to do a 'proper cook' with an integrated oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Also a washing machine and utility cupboard for longer stays. We also supply the basics to get you going tea, coffee, sugar, milk, muesli, salt & pepper, cloths cling film etc. There is a comfy futon sofa bed with a large TV where you can relax stream all the Apps. There is an island which can be used for kitchen prep or extends to double up as a comfortable dining seating area with two bar stools. The bar stools can also be used with the fold down desk as a laptop work space. The bathroom has been created as a luxurious space with designer fittings and a large shower. Plenty of towels, soap and shampoo are also provided. The studio is located just a stone’s throw away from local shops, cafes, restaurants and Ashburton Cookery School, we have a large secure driveway for parking your car. The studio house has its own entrance with the owners living next door. Its in a quiet area with easy access to all the local facilities or the A38.

Nestled in a quiet location 10 mins walk to the charming town of Ashburton or 7 mins walk to Ashburton Cookery school. The charming town of Ashburton is within walking distance and really does have one of everything from independent & antique shops, a great selection of excellent places to eat, cafes and restaurants plus a fabulous pub one of the oldest in the UK. Ashburton also has supermarkets, butchers, bakers, fish mongers, post office, a fruit & veg shop an open air swimming pool etc, etc! Ashburton is an also a very creative town with the art centre )owned by the town) hosting a vast array of music, film and speakers. There is also an abundance of creative people living locally from artists to sculptors and potters plus architects and interior designers with many taking part in the open house events. Set within the boundary of Dartmoor National park its a quick drive to explore the stunning moors nearby , or take a short drive to the beach – all within easy reach with parking straight outside your stay to make life easy. There are a good selection of local walks straight out of the door including the terrace a scenic walk across the hill to Ashburton or the old quarry path recently renovated.
