Make yourself at home in this stylish modern townhouse. There is a choice of either a king-size room with a private bathroom next door or a twin room with single beds and private en-suite. You can enjoy peaceful sunset views, the charming company of two friendly cats, and a relaxed, homely atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My home is on a quiet residential area of Morton overlooking the river Trent on the outskirts of Gainsborough. Plentiful walks are nearby as well as all the amenities Gainsborough town can offer you. The area is very historical with Blyton race track and Ping golf course nearby. We are only 30 minutes drive away from the city of Lincoln and you can reach plenty of East coastal beaches within 2 hours drive.

I love meeting new people, love animals especially cats , traveling and spending time with family and friends. I’ve 2 cats of my own and I’m a keen sewer and crafter and also enjoy gardening and DIY. I love France and recently have got a bolthole there .

We live in a peaceful cul de sac with nearby access to the river Trent which you can walk/ cycle to the town of Gainsborough where you will find the famous Gainsborough Old Hall and Marshall’s yard offering great shops / restaurants. The River Trent is visible from the property and within easy walking distance. A beautiful riverside path leads you all the way into town. Lincoln: The historic city of Lincoln is just a 30 minute drive away. Lincolnshire Wolds Nature Reserve: A stunning natural area, also around 40 minutes away by car or enjoy a day at the beach with Anderby Creek, Skegness, Mablethorpe, and Louth all within approximately 90 minutes’ drive.
