Swallow Barn consists of an open-plan living space with seating for four, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin that both have an en-suite bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed side garden with decking, furniture, a barbecue, a large shared side lawn area with swing, basketball hoop, and furniture, plus private driveway parking for two cars. Sorry, this is a pet-free and smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and pub. Swallow Burn is a lovely cottage to explore Suffolk. Note: The indoor swimming pool is available to guests by individual arrangement​ at an extra cost. Note: Ramp access up to property.
