Swan Farm is a Victorian red brick farmhouse situated in the pretty village of Preston Capes in Northamptonshire.. The property has recently been renovated and is surrounded by barns with a large yard with plenty of space for cars etc. The entire attic space is available and comprises bedroom, seating area, dressing area and large ensuite bathroom which has been refurbished to a high standard. There are two quite steep flights of stairs to the attic and so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
We have lived in the area for over 30 years, half of which we spent at Swan Farm. We are keen on horses and cars and have enjoyed renovating Swan Farm. Now we look forward to sharing our home.
Swan Farm is set at the edge of a quiet and pretty village in Northamptonshire and is within easy reach of footpaths in beautiful rolling countryside. It is close to attractions such as NT Canons Ashby House (3 miles) and Silverstone Circuit (11 miles). Other places of interest are Royal Leamington Spa and Milton Keynes. Bicester Shopping Centre is approximately 40 minutes away. Nearest towns for shops and restaurants are Daventry (5 miles) and Towcester (9 miles). There are also good pubs with restaurants in the nearby villages - The Plough at Everdon (3 miles), The Royal Oak at Eydon (4 miles), The Red Lion at Culworth (8 miles) and The Countryman at Staverton (8 miles). Alternatively there is Fawsley Hall, a 5 star hotel with spa and restaurant which is just 2 miles away.
