Our caravan is a 3 bedroom (8 berth) holiday home consisting of 1 double bedroom , 2 twin rooms and a sofa bed in the lounge, bedding is provided. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin & shower, a second room with a toilet & hand basin, Towels are not provided, guests must fetch their own. The caravan has a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker & hob, microwave, kettle & toaster, full sized fridge freezer & dishwasher. We have a full crockery & cutlery set along with mugs & glasses too. The caravan features double glazing and central heating, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout your stay We are 5-10 minute walk away from the main amenities on site where you are able to enjoy the new outdoor swimming pool, splash park, arcades, the outdoor cinema, gym & spa, outdoor play plus plus bars & restaurants. As well as only a short walk away from Tattershall castle. The park also has fishing & jet ski lakes for water sports plus beautiful countryside walks and fantastic views to watch planes fly over from RAF Coningsby . A large wraparound gated decking with rattan seating areas and sun lounges as well as a picnic bench just off the decking which is a perfect area to enjoy a BBQ. Passes are available for the park amenities and need to be requested directly from the owners as the park no longer allow guests to purchase independently. A deposit is needed to secure the booking, we use this as a damage deposit that is refundable once the caravan has been cleaned and checked over after your checkout. Strictly no smoking inside our caravan or the security deposit will not be returned.
