Freshly decorated rooms with internal modern En suite shower room in and old style Guest House. 10 minutes walking distance to the city centre and University. 20 minutes walk to Barbican and sea front. Excellent place to stay for the Pavillions and Theatre Royal. We do not prepare food but you are more than welcome to order in.

We enjoy what we do and like to host guests young and old, working or visiting from all over the country and the world. We enjoy positive feedback, that's why we like to do are best to make our guests stay as comfortable as we can.

The neighbourhood is quiet, It is close to the city centre and sea front. There is street parking but there is a restriction Monday to Friday for one hour between 10:00 and 11:00 am, no restriction at weekends.
