This stunning barn conversion with striking wooden beams, exposed brickwork and bespoke wooden furniture, has been equipped to an exceptional standard to offer luxury accommodation. Each bedroom has a king-sized double bed and ensuite. Bifold doors open onto a private decking/patio. Other things to note: We have three external security cameras which only monitor the gates and drive.

The quiet, rural village of East Stoke has the best of both worlds - beautiful countryside, farm land and the river Trent on the doorstep but also close to the market towns of Newark and Southwell, the cities of Nottingham and Lincoln and all served by excellent road and public transport links. Whilst there are no amenities in East Stoke, the neighbouring villages are well served with pubs and restaurants. Getting Around: We have a very large gravel drive which is accessed via electric gates, so is secure at all times. There is ample parking for two cars directly outside the property. We are a short drive to all the neighbouring villages, Newark and the A46 / A52 for trips further afield. There is a bus stop in the village with regular buses to and from Newark and Nottingham. Newark has two train stations with trains to/from Nottingham/Lincoln and the East Coast Mainline with trains to/from London/Edinburgh.
