Situated in Loftus market place, the property is ideally located between Saltburn to the north and Staithes and Whitby to the south. The nearest beach a mile away in Skinningrove is a hidden gem. The Cleveland way is only a mile away as is the North Yorkshire Moors National park. The apartment is perfectly placed to take advantage of the local amenities. The nearest Pub, Supermarket, Chemist and Bakery are all with 20 metres of the property. A regular bus service between Whitby and Middlesbrough runs from outside the property. The nearest train station is in Saltburn around 5 miles away.
