This beautiful Grade 1 listed Dual Apartment was opened in August 2021 and sits within a large Granite Warehouse on the breathtaking Royal William Yard Complex. It is divided into two separate apartments. Apartment "A" is a family Apartment with a king size bedroom, a triple bunk "Cabin Room", a family bathroom, a large kitchen and a large family lounge. Apartment "B", is a studio bedroom with a 1.8m high steel Mezzanine on which sits two single mattress for use mainly by children unless you are and adventurous adult who doesn't mind a low ceiling. Guests must be able to climb stairs and the head clearance above is 1.2m. Underneath there is a King Size Ottoman bed, a kitchenette with Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle and toaster. There is a en-suite bathroom and french doors opening onto a small rear facing outside space. The apartments are interconnecting with their own separate lobby and additional front door. Thus they can be rented together to form one very large apartment. Out the front of the building are benches overlooking Millbrook Bay to Mount Edgecombe and Cornwall.
